If you're on a mission to eat healthier here's an easy tip.
When you're shopping for groceries, always flip over the package and scan the ingredients. If you see a bunch of things and they aren't seasonings or recognizable as actual food, skip it.
It's amazing how much food you can eat and still maintain a healthy body composition if you stick to either single ingredient foods like meat, veggies and fruit, or to at least foods not packed full of chemicals and preservatives.
Those multi-ingredient processed foods like crackers, mixes, cookies etc are often very nutrient deficient yet calorie rich.
