10 DB Box Step Overs 

31 Lunges

Just like carrying a couple bags of trick or treat candy, you'll be carrying those dumbbells across your box for 10 reps. Use heavy dumbbells and a medium height box.  

After that, drop those bags of candy and get after 31 lunges.

Repeat for 20:18.

Talk about a fright night!
