PAIN VS. DISCOMFORT

Reality check.

Losing a loved one is pain.  Being exhausted during a workout is discomfort. 

Ben Bergeron is big on mindset advice and he speaks a lot about this topic.  

The bottom line is that we can endure a lot more discomfort than we allow ourselves to.  

If you have goals, you are probably going to need to push outside of your comfort zone into the arena of the uncomfortable.  

Just remind yourself, it's not pain, and it will pass.
