DEADLIFTS WILL BE IN THE OPEN

If you are planning on competing in the CrossFit Open next year, you should be training your deadlift NOW.  

High rep heavy deadlifts almost ALWAYS show up in the open.  Don't get caught off guard.  Start building deadlift strength now. 

If you've never trained your deadlift seriously, start simple.

Start off with about 80% of your 1 rep max and do 3 sets of 5 every week, adding 5lbs each week.  Your deadlift will climb.
