5 ROUNDS FOR QUALITY

10 DB Rows Each Arm

10 Chinups

10 Deadlift 

10 Face Pulls

10 Straight Arm Pull Downs

You've been put on notice! Back day is back! 

Grab some heavy dumbbells for the DB rows.  Use a weight that's challenging for the last 2 reps.

Use about 75% of your 1 rep max for the deadlifts. 

Go strict on the chinups.  Use a band if you need to.

Grab a resistance band for the face pulls or use a pulley machine if you're in a commercial gym. 

Use a band or pulley machine for the straight arm pull downs

This might take a while, so settle in!
