Do you know what the definition of “Power” is when it comes to the gym? 

Power is strength displayed quickly.  It’s the ability to use your strength explosively.  You can’t display power by pushing a car, but rather by performing something like a snatch, a clean or a tall box jump.  

We build strength, and then we use power movements to display that strength.
