The Dumbbell Row

 
  • Take a non-staggered stance with your feet

  • Focus on keeping a loose grip on the dumbbell to keep your arm muscles from over-working.

  • Squeeze through your lates for each pull.

  • Be sure you back is flat throughout the entire rep.

    POINTS OF PERFORMANCE:

  • Flat Back

  • Braced Core

  • Relaxed Grip

  • Minimal Twisting

  • Shoulder stay square

  • Focus on squeezing through the lat on each pull
