What To Expect

When you join you’ll get an account with Digital Barbell using our True Coach app to start your remodel. You’ll complete your daily goals, track your progress, and have access to your coach through the app.

You’ll also get access to the Nutrition Remodel handbook that is yours to keep. Dozens of helpful videos and tips at your fingertips.

Every week during the 4-week program you’ll be invited to join a 30-Minute Group Q&A / Coaching Call with your coach.

In week one you’ll:

  • Learn the best way to track your progress

  • Create awareness of your diet through a written and visual food diary

  • Learn how to build meals with foods you like in proper portions to lose fat or build muscle

  • Build the habit of properly hydrating

  • Learn how to deal with hunger

  • Start to overcome the common mindset issues that make nutrition tough

In week two you’ll:

  • Learn about healthy snacking

  • Identify easy-to-eliminate calories

  • Get more specific about how much protein to eat per meal

  • Discover the importance of fiber for health and fat loss

  • Reinforce the habits you’ve built so far

In week four you’ll:

  • Continue refining your tracking in MyFitnessPal

  • Solidify your habits

  • Reflect on the killer progress you’ve made

  1. Is this the same as 1-on-1 Nutrition Coaching? - No, this is a pre-written, self-guided experience based on thousands of hours working with 1-on-1 clients.

  2. Can I do this even if I’m going to travel during the month? - YES, in fact, this program can be done anytime, anywhere.

  3. Do I have to cut out foods like carbs, sugar, gluten, alcohol, etc? - No, we will teach you how all foods can be included in your diet.

  4. Can this program help me if my goal is weight loss? - YES

  5. Can this program help me if my goal is muscle gain? - YES!

  6. Can this program help me if my goal is to improve my health but not necessarily change my weight? - ABSOLUTELY!
