  • WHAT YOU GET

    3 Full Body workouts per week for 8 weeks with an optional 4th conditioning day.

    Workouts will include strength exercises, bodybuilding, core + glute work, and conditioning all in under 45 minutes.

    An organized plan from an experienced coach with the right dose of volume each week.

    Workouts will be delivered in the True Coach app and will include video demo and instructions of everything you’ll be doing as well as a way to message a Digital Barbell Coach.

  • WHAT YOU NEED

    We know you are on the go so dumbbells that fit your level and some bands like these plus a place to move is all that is required!

    Optional items: We know most campsites have a bench so that is an option for stepping up on or laying down on for bench press but we have work arounds for both!
