WHAT YOU GET
4 strength workouts per week for 12 weeks.
Expect to see significant progress in strength, muscle definition, coordination, and confidence in the gym.
Workouts will include strength and muscle-building exercises, as well as core work.
An easy-to-follow plan from an experienced coach with the right dose of volume each week.
Workouts will be delivered in the True Coach app and will include video demos and instructions of everything you’ll be doing as well as a way to message a Digital Barbell Coach at any time.
Every month you’ll be able to submit form check videos to your coach for feedback.
BONUS - For the first 10 members, Jonathan will set your nutrition goals / macros and send you a personalized video on how to get the most out the program with your nutrition.

The commitment to build strength and muscle!
Dumbbells appropriate for your current level, resistance bands, bench, pull-up bar, barbell, weights, and a sqauat rack if you choose the barbell version of the program.
About 60 to 75 minutes for each workout.

FAQ:
Do I have to work out on a certain day or certain time? - Nope! Your 4 workouts per week can be done on your schedule.
Do I need to be strong already? - No! That’s the point of this program!
Do I need to be experienced already? - For the dumbbell version of the program, no. If you’ll be using barbells you should have previous experience.
Do I need special equipment? - Nope. Many successful BUILT members work out at home and at commercial gyms.
Is this program for men or women? - BOTH!
Can people over 40 or 50 do this program? - Absolutely!
Is it $297 per month? - Nope, 1 price for all 12 weeks of workouts
Will you check my form and answer questions? Yep! Your coach is always available for questions, and every month you’ll be asked to submit form check videos through the app for feedback.
What if I miss a workout? All of the workouts will be available in the app for you to make up.
Can I do cardio along with the program? - Sure. Stay active, but to make the most of the program, keep your cardio intensity low.
Will this program work for me? - Only if you join, and follow it!
