BUILT workouts are 60-90 minutes, 4 days per week. If you are looking to build strength or if you have seen your strength plateau, BUILT is the program for you.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

The BUILT program features basic weight lifting (squats, presses, deadlifts, bench presses) and includes accessory work for muscle building. Barbell experience is required to join BUILT.

GARAGE OR COMMERCIAL GYM

You’ll need access to a barbell, a variety of weights, a rack, a bench, a variety of dumbbells and bands to complete the BUILT workouts.

The BUILT program can be done at home with a full garage gym set up or in a commercial gym setting.

HOW ONLINE COACHING WORKS

When your program begins, you’ll be assigned a coach and get access to the True Coach app. Here you’ll be able to view your workouts, log your results, and connect with your coach.

Workout any time of day! Your own time, your own space.

Every exercise has a video demo so you’ll know exactly what to do.

By submitting videos to your coach, you’ll know if you are doing each exercise correctly and safely.

Throughout your program, your coach will review your workouts so you’ll always know if you are doing things correctly and progressing at the right pace.

WE ARE JUST A CHAT AWAY

You’ll love the True Coach app. Chat with your coach, ask any questions you may have, and feel a real personal connection. THIS is why BUILT works. You’ll get the accountability piece that you need to get the results you want!

Jonathan’s Journey

“2014 was the year I decided to get strong.  Although Blakley and I had been exercising seriously for over 5 years, I wasn’t strong and I wasn’t all that confident.  Truth be told, although I was in good shape I was pretty weak.  We attended an intense 3-day seminar by the author of the book Starting Strength (Mark Rippetoe) dedicated to developing our ability to understand and coach the foundational principles of strength training.  It was a humbling and invaluable experience.  It was the beginning of making myself strong.  Over the next year, I put the knowledge into action both in myself and into the people we were training out of our garage gym.  My strength grew rapidly.  My confidence followed suit and before I knew it I was squatting and deadlifting more than twice my body weight for multiple reps.  I’m not the strongest guy in the world, but I can say with 100% certainty that I hold my head higher, I have more energy, more muscle, and am more able to handle everything life throws at me because of my decision to get strong.  I want the same for you.”
