10 MINUTE AMRAP:
200m Run
8 Deadlift 225/155
6 Pull Ups
4 Dips
2 Rope Climbs (Towel Pull Ups)
Set a clock for 10 minutes and head out for a 200m run. Pace it like you would a fast mile pace.
When you get back in it’s 8 deadlifts, 6 pull-ups, 4 dips and 2 rope climbs. If you don’t have a place to do dips, do diamond pushups. If you don’t have a climbing rope, hang a hand towel over the pull-up bar and use it to do 2 pull-ups.
