ROM STRONG

Strength is gained in the range of motion in which it is trained.

We’re always harping about doing all movements with full range of motion.  If you’re squatting, squat below parallel.  If you’re pressing overhead, lock your elbows out at the top. If you’re doing a pushup, get your chest to the deck. 

At the end of the day, we’re training to increase our overall fitness and longevity.  We want to be strong through the whole range of motion that life demands from us.

So if you want to be strong for life, train each movement through the full range of motion, and you will be rewarded with strength through that whole range.
