BACK ON THE WAGON
Getting back on track
It happens to all of us. We get off track with our nutrition or we slip out of the habit of exercising regularly.
Guess what? Who cares! We are not defined by our failures. We’re defined by how we respond to them and what we do moving forward.
So what does this mean in real life? Let’s say you go on vacation and don’t exercise the whole time. When you get back in town you find reasons to continue not to work out. Make the decision to leave the past behind and get back in the gym right away.
What if you give in to temptation and buy a 1/2 gallon of ice cream that you don’t want to eat? Forget about “waste” and throw away whatever is left in the container. Just because you make a choice you didn’t want to make doesn’t mean you have to continue down that path.
You’re in control of your decisions so make the next right choice and do what is best for you.
3,2,1, go!
