GOALS: SEARCH YOURSELF

Tag someone that you want to hold you accountable. 

We always preach about consistency and how it is the most important thing that you can do to reach a goal.   Let's take a step back and talk about goals.  

It's easy to just go through the daily motions without ever really reflecting on what your goals are and what is behind them.  Not truly understanding our goals and acknowledging them can leave us feeling lost.  Do you want to feel healthier in your day to day life? Do you want to look different in the mirror?  Do you want to get off of medications?  Do you want to live long enough to see your great grandchildren? Everyones goals are personal to them. 

So we challenge you to try this: Step 1: Think about what you want to achieve with your fitness.  Step 2: Write down a tangible goal related to what you thought about. Step 3: Lay out a plan with action steps that lead you to that goal. Step 4: Find someone to hold you accountable to those action steps.
