FACE Pulls

Horizontal pulling does a body good

You’re pushing vertically, you’re pushing horizontally, you’re pulling vertically but you’re probably not pulling horizontally much.  We can fix that. Hang a medium band from the pull-up bar, grab the band with both hands with palms down and step away from the bar. Pull your hands toward your face with your elbows back and up.  Squeeze your shoulders together and feel the contraction in your upper back and traps. It’s fantastic for your shoulders and BONUS, your back will grow!

You can do 3 sets of 15 as a warm-up on days you’ll be doing pull-ups or do them on your back or chest days.
