PROGRAM DETAILS

  • WHAT YOU GET

    3 Full Body workouts per week for 8 weeks plus an optional 4th conditioning day.

    Workouts include strength exercises, bodybuilding, core + glute work, and conditioning all in under 45 minutes.

    An organized plan from an experienced coach with the right dose of volume each week.

    Workouts will be delivered in the True Coach app and will include demos and instructions of everything you’ll be doing as well as a way to message a Digital Barbell Coach.

  • WHAT YOU NEED

    Dumbbells that fit your level, bands like these, something to step on, and a place to move!

    Optional items: A Bench and/or a jump rope but we have workarounds for both.
