We Can’t Unsee It

Blakley and I have been working out at the wellness center here in Fredericksburg, TX, and I have to say—it’s awesome to see so many people in the gym, putting in work.

Young, old, beginners, experienced lifters… everyone showing up, trying to improve their health.

But if I’m being honest, it’s also a little hard to watch at times.

I’ve seen people cranking out reps on the leg press with their knees caving in like a baby deer taking its first steps.

I saw a guy doing something on the cable machine that could easily have been mistaken for interpretative dance.

And then there’s the guy who’s been there every day but hasn’t done anything even close to an effective rep.

It’s not their fault.

They’re showing up—which is more than most people can say.

But without a plan, proper technique, and a real understanding of what to do and how hard to work… they’re basically on a treadmill that’s not turned on—going nowhere fast.

I get it though. Most people just do what they’ve seen other people do and hope for the best.

But hope isn’t a good strategy for getting in shape.

The right exercises.
The right technique.
The right intensity.

These things make all the difference between wasting time and actually making progress.

So, let me ask you—are you sure what you’re doing in the gym is the best use of your time?

If you’re tired of second-guessing your workouts and want a proven plan, hit reply and I’ll send you our program pricing and options.

Lift heavy, and be nice.
