8-Week Physique FAQ

  1. What equipment do I need?

    1. Exercise bands and a place to anchor them.

    2. A box or a bench to step up on and lay on.

    3. A hip circle (band that goes around your knees).

    4. A pull-up bar is a nice bonus.

    5. Dumbbells in pairs (~5-30lbs for ladies, 10-50lbs for men).

    6. Experienced lifters will be able to use barbells, a squat rack and Olympic sized plates. 

  2. What kind of exercises am I going to be doing? - The perfect mix of strength training (squats, presses, deadlifts, bench presses), and muscle building (curls, tris, rows, flys, etc) in just the right doses.

  3. Do I have to work out at a certain time of day? - Nope! You'll see your workout for the day in the app, but you're free to do it on your own schedule. 

  4. What happens if I miss a workout or if I’m going to be on vacation for a week during the program? - Don't sweat it. Reach out to your coach through the chat feature in the app and they'll let you know what to do. 

  5. What if I can’t do all of the movements? - We have you covered. Everything is scalable to any level; just reach out. We all start somewhere. 

  6. Do I need experience? - This program is written for people who already work out, but want better results. 

  7. How hard are the workouts? - Just hard enough! But really... They're the perfect balance of challenging and doable. Plus, your coach will help you scale anything you’re not comfortable with.
