About Digital Barbell
We’ve taken many twists and turns on our path to becoming the strong and healthy 40-somethings that we are today.
Water Aerobics (yes, really), Bodyweight Classes, High-Intensity Bootcamps, Barbell Strength Training, and Blakley even owned a CrossFit gym.
